Non-toxic White
DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel Non-toxic is a two-component, air drying, chemically-cured epoxy coating system specially formulated for steel and masonry surfaces. When fully cured, it is completely odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic. It exhibits excellent resistance to acid solution, brine, and other chemicals.

PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS
Application Tools: Brush / Roller / Spray
Thinning:
Using brush/roller, use as is. If necessary, dilute with not more than 1/4 liter of DAVIES® 95 Epoxy Reducer per 4L DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel Non-toxic
Using a spray, dilute with not more than 1 liter of DAVIES® 95 Epoxy Reducer per 4L DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel Non-toxic
Mixing Direction:
Mix 3 volume parts of DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel Non-toxic Base to 1 volume part of DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel Non-toxic Hardener
Surface Preparation
A. New Surfaces
• All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil, and other foreign materials.
• Wipe off oil and grease with solvent or lacquer thinner.
• Remove rust, mill scale, and stains with sandpaper, wire-brush, or other abrading methods.
• Treat iron surfaces with a heavy coating of rust and scale withDAVIES® 200-X Rust Converter wipe off residue and clean with lacquer thinner.
• Apply the appropriate metal primer immediately after cleaning and drying to avoid the onset of corrosion.
B. Previously Painted Surfaces
• if the existing paint is sound and shows slight chalking, sand lightly and wipe off dust
• Remove cracked, peeling off old paint by scraping, wire brushing, or sanding. Use
• DAVIES® 300-X Strip-Eze Paint Remover to aid in scraping off old paint.
• Treat heavily corroded surfaces with DAVIES® 200-X Rust Converter, wipe off residue, and clean with lacquer thinner
• Apply the appropriate metal primer immediately after cleaning and drying to avoid the onset of corrosion.
Painting System

Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® Epoxy Primer White
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel Non-Toxic White
Recoating interval: 4-6 hours
Drying Time: 8-10 hours
Clean-Up: DAVIES® 95 Epoxy Reducer
STORAGE AND HANDLING
• Keep the container closed when not in use.
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space.
• Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage.
• In case of spillage absorb with inert materials such as sand
