Polyurethane Floor Coating
DAVIES® Keramifloor™ is a two-pack, air drying, chemically-cured polyurethane coating developed for the protection of floors subject to high levels of wear and tear, where excellent chemical and physical resistance is required. It is an effective concrete, wood, and metal floor coating because of its outstanding life expectancy and performance, resistance to highly corrosive environments, high abrasion resistance, and superior adhesion.

PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS
Application Tools: Brush / Roller
Thinning: Dilute with not more than 10% DAVIES® KF- 72 Keramifloor™ Reducer
Mix Ratio: Mix 3.75 Liters of DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™ Base to 0.25 Liter DAVIES® Keramifloor™ Hardener
Mixing Direction:
1. Premix DAVIES Keramifloor™ Base to a uniform consistency.
2. Add the entire contents of DAVIES Keramifloor™ Hardener to DAVIES Keramifloor™ Base and mix slowly but thoroughly for 5 minutes. It is better to transfer the contents to a bigger container for easy mixing.
3. Apply immediately with a roller or brush.
4. All mixed paint must be used within the POT LIFE time limit.
Pot Life @ 28⁰C: 2-3 hours
Surface Preparation:
New Concrete
• New concrete and cement plastered surfaces must be thoroughly cured for 28 days before painting, having a moisture content of less than 15% and a pH below 9.
• Remove concrete laitance and other impurities.
• Thoroughly clean the surface and ensure that it is dry, free from oil, grease, loose materials, and other possible contaminants.
Painting System
A. Concrete (Plain Finish)
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® EPS-050 Eposeal
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES Keramifloor™
B. Concrete (Non-Skid Finish)
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® EPS-050 Eposeal
Broadcast aggregates on wet DAVIES® EPS-050 Eposeal at 1kilo/sqm and dry overnight.
Dust off aggregates
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES Keramifloor™
C. Ferrous Metal Surfaces
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® Epoxy Primer
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES Keramifloor™
Drying Time:
Dry to touch – 8 hours
Light Traffic – 3 days
Full Traffic – 7 days
Clean-Up: DAVIES® KF-72 Keramifloor™ Reducer
STORAGE AND HANDLING
• Keep container closed when not in use.
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space.
• Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage.
• In case of spillage absorb with inert materials such as sand.
